The two have entered into a collaborative partnership to create “i.am Antik”, an International Premium lifestyle denim brand complementing the already successful Antik Denim Collection. i.am Antik, set to debut in August of 2007, will initially consist of a Premium Denim collection. The i.am Antik collection will be distributed in high-end specialty stores and better department stores. will.i.am, who has designed clothing for and styled his group, the Black Eyed Peas, since their inception, attended Fashion Institute of Design in Los Angeles prior to forming the group. “will.i.am is an amazing performer and producer and his ability to create and market a brand is without parallel. We approached will.i.am for this collaboration because, unlike most celebrities who want their own clothing lines based strictly on their celebrity, will.i.am is an actual designer with incredible passion for designing and he will be intimately involved in all aspects of the design and marketing process. Beyonce gets perfume deal with Giorgio Armani

Beyoncé Knowles is set to be the face - and voice - of Giorgio Armani's new perfume, Emporio Armani Diamonds. The 'Dreamgirls' star will lend her looks and vocal talents to a TV advertising campaign, after being handpicked by the revered Italian designer. A source told the New York Post newspaper: "They have known each other for seven years, and Armani feels Beyoncé represents the glamour and glitz of the fragrance." The 25-year-old beauty will reportedly sing "an old American song" in the commercials. This is Beyonce's second fragrance deal according to archived news found on SoJones.com. On the fashion site, Beyonce's House of Dereon clothing page, linked news articles reveal the pop and R&B singer formerly signed a deal with Tommy Hilfiger. The 'Crazy In Love' Singer inked and launched a "True Star Gold" fragrance deal with Hilfiger in 2004.
The world-kwown sexy symbol and mega-star has also featured in advertising campaigns for L'Oreal, Pepsi and McDonalds. Emporio Armani Diamonds is set to hit shelves in September. Further information on the new scent by Beyonce and Giogio Armani will be listed on SoJones.com

With all the work that I have been doing lately, its only right that I talk about my preparation for my trip to Vegas. There are only 3 weeks left and I am sooo excited. I need this vacation so bad, because I have not been on a vacation since I went to Atlanta to do PR work for the BET Hip Hop Awards. Really - that was not a vacation, it was alot of work.

Pastry Sneakers

I'm sorry guys for not posting anything in a while. Life has gotten so hectic for me these past couple of weeks as I continue my quest into PR. For those of you who reached out to me about BJ Coleman - thank you! I appreciate your comments. Unfortunately, I have not heard back from him since then, but its okay because I will be keeping in contact him even if I don't get the PR job. I have some really cool ideas that I am going to continue to reach out to him about so he has not heard the last of me. (hehe) Speaking of Mr. Coleman, lately I've noticed that I have an obsession with the whole Simmons family. I watch Run's house over and over again - even the reruns. Whats scary is - I watch the reruns like I've never seen the episode before. I wish that my family was like that - just to be filthy rich and can be sure that any dream that I have, I can do it because my family has built an empire and so that means I can do whatever I want. So anyway, you all know that Vanessa and Angela have come out with their own line of shoes called Pastry (I posted this news before). I have been researching to find out where you can buy the shoes because they are really hot!! They kind of remind me of Nike Air Max's without the stiff pricetag. I love them. I finally found some at a local Underground Station store here in Columbus and you better believe I am going to buy me a pair. For $65 I might buy two. I am thinking of purchasing the Sprinkle shoe and the Brown/Pink Cake Runners. You should grab a pair too!
